Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350.

Grind 1/4 cup buckwheat until it becomes a flour-like consistency. Mash the banana. Mix all of the ingredients together.

Place in Muffin tins

Bake for 45-55 minutes. Until a toothpick comes out clean.
