i thought i’d share a recent meal j & i whipped up. we had our usual kitchen staples: canned fish & tons of veggies! instead of the same old stir-fry, we decided to switch things up.
Result: stuffed bell pepper & ‘shrooms!
Second: Add in the fish, yogurt,spices
Third: Boil the bell pepper for about 3 minutes to make soft & then fill up with the goodness!
Fourth: Broil in the oven for about 10 minutes to get nice & warm & crispy!
