That’s the way the oatie crumbles

I’ve previously expressed my love for HEAB’s oaties.  The butterfied oatie version was no exception even though it crumbled into a million pieces.  (to be fair, she designed them to be rolled into balls and not bar form. they probably hold up much better as little orbs of goodness).

I think of these crumbles as more opportunities for eating delicious bits of oats.


I melted the butter and subbed 1/2 cup of raw sugar instead of maple syrup.


It was looking a little moist still so I added some coconut flour


Added in some chocolate chips and peanuts


But then it started crumbling as I cut it into pieces


You know what that means? A Tupperware full of tastiness that filled J’s belly and breakfast bowl!
