Shhh workout

This is the workout that WIPED ME OUT this morning.  It’s also a good workout to do if your bf is recovering from a hernia surgery and asleep in your tiny apartment (I don’t think J would appreciate hearing Bob Harper screaming at me).

I alternated 60 seconds of Kettle Bell swings in between each strength move and did all strength moves for 60 seconds with 15 seconds rest.  The whole thing took one hour and I was drenched in sweat!

  1. Oh this workout looks awesome! As a side note, how do you typically log your workouts? Excel? Or is there a good app you recommend for a smart phone?
